You can reach the property via the local coastal road, passing the near the chapel at the Hill of Agia Marina. The small Idyllic church offers panoramic views of the Euboea Gulf and is set in a lush green spot surrounded by the blue sea. Built on a picturesque rock, the Chapel of Agia Marina is ideal for christenings and weddings, it has a spacious veranda around the perimeter of the venue, and is lavished with surrounding greenery.

100 meters away from the Chapel you can spot Villa Anastasia, built on a 1000m² plot. The main paved entrance leads to the main accommodation building, with direct access to the outdoor dining area and the 50m² swimming pool. A special ramp is available to provide immediate access to mobility challenged visitors, leading to the interior of the house, as well as to the exterior sitting area. The outdoor dining area overlooks the sea and in the background the island of Evia, offering guests a sense of space-freedom and tranquility. It is ideal for enjoying breakfasts lunches and dinners, by the pool. The surrounding lush greenery prevails, while the neighboring buildings are sparse and at a distance.

As you enter the house, you can see a spacious comfortable living room with a fireplace and a large flat screen, the dining room that comfortably sits 8 people with direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a WC. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. All rooms have spacious wardrobes, wooden floors and air conditioning. The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, while next to the WC there is a utility cupboard with a washing machine and clothes-care shelfing. The house is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows screens which bring the main living room plenty of light and fabulous views of all the outdoor areas. At the back of the house there is a pergola covered barbeque area with a large built-in barbeque   by an outdoor dining table for 10 persons. A marble staircase leads to the lower ground level of the house. The space consists of a living room with a TV set, a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with walk in shower. It is ideal for guests, hosting friends or a housekeeper/babysitter. Lemon and orange trees lavish the back garden of the house. In the evenings the exterior mood lighting lends an idyllic character to the property. In the evenings, guests enjoy the twinkling lights of Evia villages and towns, the starry skies and the sparkle of the pool.
